Major Win Alert: Jones Jones New Jersey Partner Jackie Mancino Dismisses 46 Cases, Saving Clients More than $6 Million in Financial Damages

Jones Jones LLC is pleased to congratulate New Jersey Partner Jackie Mancino and her team on the successful dismissal of 46 cases in just over a year, amounting to more than $6 million saved in dispute costs.

The cases involved medical provider claims filed by New Jersey doctors for the treatment of patients with workers’ compensation claims in New York. Because the injuries took place in New York, Mancino and her team found no sufficient ties to New Jersey for the court to establish jurisdiction, leading to the dismissal of all cases.

Through diligent research and close attention to detail, Mancino and her team built a strong defense that led to the ultimate dismissal of these cases. Jackie Mancino joined Jones Jones’ New Jersey practice in 2024 and has since settled or dismissed more than 60 cases. Thank you to Jackie and her team for their diligent work and continued success.
