Our Pledge
Our proud century of service is based, not only on success in the courtroom, but on the strong relationships we build with clients, organizations, and the communities in which we operate.
Through these connections, our focus on social issues has grown and deepened over the years. We encourage attorneys and staff members to give back to the community by donating time and resources to charitable causes close to their hearts.
We’re glad that our impact extends beyond legal defense and provides help to community members in need.
ICD is a not-for-profit workforce development organization based in New York City whose mission is to help people transform their lives through career development and employment.
The organization provides individuals –– mostly adults, veterans, and entry-level employees –– with vocational evaluations, career planning, skills training, and job placement services.
As part of our partnership with ICD, Jones Jones has provided graduates with opportunities to work and be fairly compensated. We understand how challenging it can be for an employer to take on an individual who has a barrier to entry in the workplace, and we are extremely proud of the small role we can play in helping deserving individuals reenter the workforce.

Kids’ Chance of New York
Kids’ Chance of New York is a nonprofit providing scholarships for college and vocational education to the children of New York workers who have been fatally or seriously injured in a work-related accident that also resulted in financial need.
As a workers’ compensation defense firm, we’ve seen firsthand the impact workplace injuries have, not only on injured workers, but on their families.
Our relationship with Kids’ Chance allows us to give back to the families of injured workers in a way that we wouldn’t be able to through our professional legal services.
This is important because, just like a majority of our clients, we believe that workers' compensation should not be a significantly litigious or impersonal interaction. The charitable efforts of Kids’ Chance enable us to demonstrate that belief.
We’ve been a proud sponsor of this organization for years with our executive partner, Matthew Jones, serving on its Board of Directors.
