Rachel’s passion for advocacy began long before she set foot in a courtroom. Growing up in Boca Raton, Florida, she was always the one speaking up for her peers—whether in student government or volunteering at a local children’s hospital, where she saw firsthand the impact of access to care and resources.
That early drive led her to UCLA, where she earned a degree in political science, and later to New York Law School, fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in the Big Apple. “From the start, I knew I wanted to use the law as a platform to champion others,” she says.
Rachel was first introduced to Jones Jones at an open house event and later became part of the firm’s inaugural training program. “The collaborative culture here is inspiring,” she shares. “The team dynamic and the firm’s integrity align with my values, and I’m excited to keep growing within such a supportive environment.”
Diving into the nuances of workers’ compensation law has been both eye-opening and rewarding. “It’s fascinating to see how the law serves as a safeguard for both employees and businesses,” she explains. “Every case presents a unique challenge, and I enjoy finding strategic solutions that lead to fair outcomes.”
Beyond the office, Rachel is an enthusiastic explorer—whether that means discovering new artists across genres, searching for the best sushi in the city, or biking through different neighborhoods to soak in the city's energy. A dedicated home cook, she constantly experiments with recipes from The New York Times and top chefs.
Her next big adventure? A trip to Portugal, England, and Paris. “I love all kinds of travel—city-hopping, beach getaways, even nature hikes,” she says. “There’s always something new to learn and experience.”
Rachel’s approach to client relationships is as thoughtful as her approach to travel: open communication, clarity, and making sure every client feels heard. “The legal process can be overwhelming,” she says. “I want my clients to know they have an advocate who will guide them every step of the way.”
